Our premiere offering is a six-week, comprehensive, highly interactive online coaching program designed to dial in the effectiveness of your performance-eating and training practices. Fix what isn’t moving you toward your goals while you are guided with clear explanations of the "What, how, and why." You’ll learn to create a customized blueprint that can be easily adapted to your schedule and equipment preferences.

This program is tailored for you by over 50 fitness and nutrition experts, designed to break through performance and body composition plateaus. It simplifies age- and profile-specific training and eating best practices and shows you how to adjust your eating habits to suit a wide variety of foods and circumstances, ensuring you can consistently apply strategies that deliver results.

50+ Hybrid Athlete Small Group Coaching Program
– How It Works

This is an exclusive, limited-capacity, evidence-based, field-proven approach to retool training and eating habits for the over-50 athlete. The goals include achieving peak fitness and athletic performance while optimizing time efficiency and minimizing injury risk.

Our six-week premium interactive coaching program is conducted in a private Facebook group to deliver the highest quality digital fitness and nutrition guidance for athletes over 50. It provides specific, step-by-step guidance and frequent exchanges with the coach as you work your way through the program.

 

Clear and simple principles on optimal exercise and performance eating practices are presented via written and video content, with real-life examples and opportunities for community participation in a small private group setting. You’ll also get insights from expert advisors/contributors from complementary disciplines who discuss a full spectrum of fitness topics throughout the program.

  • The program assumes you are already exercising regularly before beginning. If not, we strongly recommend that you have completed a recent physical and notify your primary care physician that you will be participating in the program if you have any concerns.

  • Yes, but you can easily open a phantom account that only exists for this coaching program. Learn how here. When setting up your account, simply assign a nickname you would like to use for the program and then choose a picture of whatever you like (a sunset? a basket of puppies?), and skip the other networking functions covered on the video to further personalize your new account.

  • Let Dan (the coach) know about any limitations/modifications that should be considered.

  • Our mission is to provide you with the most effective, comprehensive, collaborative and encouraging guidance and support possible for an online resource. To ensure you are as happy as possible with your outcome, we have a short, pre-qualifying conditions list below. This is your opportunity to get clear about what our respective roles (mine and, more importantly, yours) are in making the most of this journey together. In the program, you will be urged to present a fully open and receptive mindset and to engage the coach in your quest to overcome obstacles for which there are practical solutions. I’ll provide the solutions — you put them into practice.

     

    The program will invite you to provide weekly feedback on your practice of the strategies and tactics presented to get the most out of the program. That said, we realize unforeseen circumstances (work or family emergencies) may arise during the six-week program. In those cases, we offer you the options of rolling your registration into a future session (sessions are offered quarterly, provided we have a minimum six-person registration) or transferring the balance of your membership to a partner, friend, or family member. Finally, if you complete the program and are not fully satisfied, we will grant a full refund. All we ask is that you complete a brief exit survey so we may learn from your experiences and continue to improve the program.

  • Yes. In order to provide the highest quality and maximum level of interaction for participants, we are currently limiting our enrollment to 20 members. If you do not make the current group cutoff, you can reserve your place in the next session.

  • The critical pieces of equipment you'll need for the program are:

    1. Dumbbells and/or resistance bands (once you have registered, we'll provide more specific guidance on this based on your current strength level). If you have regular access to a more extensive array of equipment, let us know, and we'll direct you accordingly based on your unique situation. 

    2. It's great if you have an aerobic device or other options (elliptical trainer, rowing machine, stationary bike, kettlebell, med ball, jump rope, Versa Climber, treadmill or a pool you can use), but all cardio presented in the program needs only your body weight and a little bit of space on a flat, firm floor.

    3. An exercise mat for core work and stretching

How Do I Reserve My Spot?

We have a minimum enrollment of six people required for each group session.
