Scoring & Interpretation

0–5 points — “Aligned”

You’re doing many things right. Your biggest risk is drift, not failure.

6–11 points — “Borderline” (Most Common)

You’re working hard, but elements of your training and recovery are no longer aligned.

12–18 points — “High Friction”

Effort is high, but returns are diminishing. This is where injuries and burnout usually start.

Coast

This score doesn’t mean you’re doing things wrong. It means the rules have changed — and your approach hasn’t fully caught up yet.

50PlusHybridAthlete exists for athletes exactly in this range — serious, experienced,and ready to stop guessing.
